As Acquisitions and Leasing Coordinator, I managed marketing and promotions for our LEED-certified buildings and curated the company’s brand across the United States Northeast. I partnered with municipal, city, and state officials to promote new innovation districts to biotechnology leaders to draw them to the region.
I led a series of branding and community engagement initiatives in Cambridge, MA to help new international biotechnology tenants harmonize with the community in developing the future of Kendall Square. I worked with local retailers to manage a community engagement process that focused on boosting the culture of Kendall Square by bringing desirable local business to the area, identifying charities for tenants to become involved with, and bringing art galleries to underutilized spaces.
